Who We Are
My Little Drama & Movement Lab is a creative space where movement and theater meet. We explore the synergy between somatic movement practices, Laban-Bartenieff Movement System (LBMS), and embodied acting techniques, creating a deeper connection between the body, expression, and artistic performance.
Who Is The Founder
Founded by Irina Medun-Alimskaya, a Movement Analyst, Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, and Embodied Acting Coach, her work is rooted in over years of experience in theater practices, movement research, and expressive arts.
"I believe that movement is more than technique—it is a language, a way to unlock creativity, presence, and authentic expression."

Somatic Movement Therapy
Somatic-based individual sessions focused on reconnecting with the body, releasing tension, and expanding movement potential for well-being.
Collaborations & Creative Partnerships
We work with theater groups, modern dance studios, and artistic collectives to integrate LBMS, somatics, and movement-based research into their creative processes. Whether you’re developing a new performance, deepening movement training, or exploring expressive storytelling, we collaborate to bring body-centered awareness into your artistic work.
