Let’s Create Together

I love working at the crossroads — where movement meets theatre, where somatics fuels imagination, and where collaboration sparks something bigger than any solo effort.

These are some of the exciting projects I’ve had the joy to co-create. If you’re dreaming of a project that needs depth, embodiment, and expressive energy — let’s talk.

Embodied Stage Presence

In collaboration with Acting Club Netherlands

In Spring 2025, I facilitated a series of actor-centered workshops at Acting Club Netherlands. Rooted in my somatic movement practice and inspired by principles and components from the Laban-Bartenieff Movement System (LBMS), we explored physical awareness, character embodiment, space dynamics, and the collective energy of a group on stage — deepening the actors' presence and responsiveness in performance.

Somatic Tools in Actor’s Inner Work

In collaboration with ArtCode Theater – Actor’s Therapy program

As a Guest-Teacher at ArtCode's “Actor’s Therapy” course in Spring 2025, I introduced LBMS into actors’ personal and creative exploration. The focus was on connecting inner impulses with physical form, working through movement as a tool for emotional expression, and grounding the actor’s body as a channel for imagination.

Movement-Led Direction

In co-creation with RЯTA Theater Amsterdam

In collaboration with RЯTA, I supported the development of a theatrical performance as co-director. My role combined movement coaching, somatic guidance, and creative direction — helping actors embody their characters, engage with spatial dynamics, and deepen emotional authenticity on stage.
A second edition of this performance will come on stage again on 17th of June 2025.

Language in Motion

Inspired by work with Stichting Sunflowers Speak

While not a movement-specific collaboration, my work as a facilitator and board member with Sunflowers Speak draws on somatic principles to support embodied language learning and expressive communication. I also co-organize events that bring community, voice, and presence together — opening new possibilities for applying this work in social impact and corporate settings.

How I Can Support Your Work

and movement-based perspective.

 Stronger Group Connection

Build Stronger Group Connection & Flow

If your ensemble feels out of sync or low in energy, I use movement-based tools to foster responsiveness, shared rhythm, and intuitive movement-based collaboration.

Movement Coaching for Performers

Through Movement-Based Exploration

In one-on-one or small group coaching,    I guide actors, performers, and facilitators in expanding their movement vocabulary, identifying habitual patterns, and discovering untapped expressive potential.

Embodied Workshops for Corporate Teams

Create Embodied Learning for Teams

I design interactive, somatic-based sessions for teams looking to break out of mental fatigue, enhance presence, and reconnect through movement. These workshops bring fresh energy, creativity, and body-mind awareness into the workplace—ideal for team-building, innovation days, or well-being programs.

Experiences Shared

Irina is very calm, supportive and non-judgmental which helps a lot in creative process. I can recommend such projects to anyone who would like to open up to their own emotions, other people and experiences.

It's a transformative and psychological experience. Exercises and process helped me to connect to myself and to others, to notice patterns and in some cases even change them.

Daria

Amsterdam

Irina is a gentle and attentive facilitator and a fantastic organizer. I'm excited to continue participating in future projects 💜

Elena

Amsterdam

If you're looking for an unusual combination of movement practice and acting — this is the place! Here, you'll learn 100,500 ways to turn your body into a triangle, roll little mood marbles, see the space with your back, and fill space with your presence!

Nata Che

Amsterdam

I’m really looking forward to more sessions, because this is a unique experience unlike any other. Discovering new edges of my character, inventiveness, mental and emotional flexibility — and especially taking part in, or even better, watching the etudes of other incredibly talented people — was wonderful, fun, full of spark and enthusiasm, often gave me goosebumps, and took my breath away.
